Advance payment : 100% of the total amount of the reservation is requested to confirm the reservation.
1. Booking guarantee
To guarantee your booking, the hotel reserves the right to make a pre-authorization (or prepayment) by credit card in accordance with our cancellation conditions. The tourist tax is payable upon arrival.
2. Booking modification
Any modification to the initial booking must be the subject of a written message from the customer, followed by acceptance by the establishment.
3. Occupancy of accommodation
The hotelier is free not to receive customers whose dress is indecent and neglected, and whose behavior is noisy, improper, drunk, contrary to good morals and public order. Any person wishing to stay at the hotel is required to make their identity and that of the people accompanying them known. Children are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The customer may not introduce third parties into the accommodation not known to the hotelier, unless authorized by the latter. Similarly, the customer may not rent accommodation for a number of people greater than that provided for by the regulations in force.
4. Establishment under video surveillance in the common areas
For the safety of property and people, the establishment is placed under video surveillance. Only cases provided for by law authorize the provision of images.
The parking lot and the establishment are under video surveillance, however we are not held responsible for any theft that may occur.
5. Arrival / Departure
Any stay started is due in full. No refund will be made.
Arrival
Accommodations are available from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Please notify in case of late arrival (subject to written acceptance by the establishment).
Departure
The rental of the accommodation ends at 10 a.m. at the latest (in the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to charge you for an additional night).
6. Security deposit.
A security deposit of 200 euros will cover any damage, theft, overconsumption or a balance for the stay. The amount of the deposit may be pre-authorized upon arrival on your bank card and you will only be debited in the event of one of the reasons mentioned above (photos in support). The establishment may intervene on this security deposit within a maximum of 15 days after the tenant's departure.
In the event of damage or theft, the security deposit will be used to pay for the repairs necessary to restore it to its original condition. To the extent that we cannot re-let your accommodation in the event of a nuisance (smell of cigarettes, damage, failure to respect the departure deadline, etc.), we would be obliged to charge you for the following night.
If the security deposit proves to be insufficient, the tenant agrees to pay the difference on supporting documents provided by the owner or his representative. If the tenant loses the keys to the rented accommodation, the owner or his representative will be obliged to change the door cylinder. The invoice will be paid by the tenant.
Bank checks are not accepted. All invoices must be settled on site. Non-smoking establishment. Pets not allowed.
Non-refundable your reservation is out of time for a free cancellation : Free cancellation up to 30 day(s) before arrival.
Beyond that, the fees charged will be progressive according to the cancellation period:
- 30 day(s) before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.In case of no-show, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Early departure results in billing for the full amount of the reservation and termination of the contract. No refunds can be requested.
Certain promotional rates booked online are non-cancellable, non-modifiable and non-refundable. They are also for immediate payment by credit card, upon reservation.
