Good location of town centre hotel. Excellent restaurant, comfortable bar area. Clean well appointed rooms. Attentive friendly staff throughout.

Magnificent hotel in the heart of Cambrai! Superb welcome from a smiling and efficient young woman... and equally pleasant exchanges when we left with Anaïs. The reception team is really particularly top notch! Regarding the rooms. They are superb in terms of comfort and cleanliness! (whether it's the suite or the rooms). As for the general atmosphere of this establishment, it's a treat! A particularly pleasant English-style bar with quality cocktails. Excellent breakfast too. Easy parking. We were amazed by this establishment which corresponds more to a four-star level... than the three stars awarded. The quality/price ratio is excellent. I highly recommend this establishment for which we had a real crush!

Second stay in this hotel; very pleasant, clean, quiet. The reason why I qualified my assessment of the quality of the accommodation a little is because I had the room on the ground floor and I found it very cold and the wifi does not work well there. But overall I remain very satisfied. Thank you

For my part, positive and negative: Very welcoming and pleasant staff, good restaurant, good location, and overall condition of the room is correct. However, room on the ground floor without Wifi, and even without 4G network, and a whole air conditioning system or piping that makes a continuous noise all night. In addition, proximity to common passage areas and other residents without respect for nighttime silence....

Good service, just a shame that for the stopover evening it was impossible to replace the sweet dessert with a piece of cheese without having to pay extra. A waiter who was not very business-like.

A nice surprise, an excellent welcome and a very nice room, very comfortable.

Always pleasant welcome throughout the week. Very good bedding (not over-cleaned and rough as often in hotels), fairly natural heating (so no dry air as is too often in hotels). Small problem, the insulation a little too tight.

Nice hotel. Gladly again. Breakfast could be better, more cheeses, more fresh bread.

We were generally satisfied with our stay. One note, however, on the equipment of the room, which is very spacious: there was only one chair even though the room is for 2!!!! it would have been much nicer to have a coffee each sitting on a seat! I found this to be a major flaw in the layout. Kind regards

Very welcoming rooms, all different from each other and furnished with great taste and character

The room was very well equipped and clean. Only the shower wasn't that good. The hot/warm water jet was very small and adjusting the temperature was difficult. We really liked the breakfast and the location is also central. We were able to park the car right in front of the door for a fee. The service was very friendly and helpful.

Well located hotel, the rooms are clean and spacious, it's a bit noisy on the street side. The restaurant serves high quality cuisine, the bar is superb and the staff are very pleasant.

I no longer go anywhere else when I go to Cambrai! Family box, friendly welcome, right in the center, an excellent restaurant on site. The ideal hotel for a stopover evening.

Room with slightly dated furniture, very clean, comfortable bedding. I would have appreciated a bottle of water in the room, no kettle either...

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and the location of the hotel is great.

We had an excellent time in this restaurant "Le Carré", very good cuisine with portions allowing you to fully enjoy the quality and preparation of the dishes. We recommend it to all those who like to enjoy something other than "gastro" cuisine with nothing on the plate.

We had a problem while we were at the hotel. The staff were superb when helping us to sort things out. They couldn’t have been more helpful.

NEAR THE STATION NEAR THE CITY CENTER EVERYTHING TO BE GOOD SAFETY PRICE-QUALITY RATIO MY DEAD GRANDMOTHER HAD ALREADY COME TO EAT ALMOST 50 YEARS AGO AND WAS VERY SATISFIED

Unfortunately only hot water came out of the tap, no cold. This is the first time this has happened though, we have stayed here on a number of occasions.

Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. Some signs of minor wear and tear. Food was excellent in the restaurant and including the bar area had a warm and cosy feel.

For work but the place is immaculate. No restaurant on Monday.
