We had a wonderful stay. Everything was very pleasant and perfect. Plus, we had an excellent dinner and breakfast by the bay windows overlooking Groix and Port-Louis... What a moment.

We arrived around 7pm and night had fallen, we could only hear the sound of the waves and the lights on the island of Groix just opposite. This hotel is beautifully located at the end of the point in a quiet area in front of the beach, the restaurant is very pretty facing the sea.

Friendly staff. Located directly on the seafront so very pleasant but far from the city center. Decent breakfast with the possibility of squeezing your own orange juice. However, big disappointment with the room which was without heating when we arrived. We had to turn it on ourselves and wait quite a long time for the atmosphere to warm up. Room for 3 people, but it was a vulgar extra bed for my son which also blocked access to the terrace. Lamp without a plug ... Finally, stained sheets and pillows. In short, we will not return to this hotel because the value for money is really not there

We had taken a one-night package with meals and breakfast. We were very satisfied with all the services.

Regarding breakfast, no more pastries on our arrival (late, certainly, but within the planned time slot). It is a shame that the offer is not sized according to the number of customers! Departure time 11 a.m., without discussion ... a little strict. We did not test the restaurant which has a very beautiful setting, facing the ocean.

Regular customer. Disappointed by the very small room and bad smell, bad washroom drainage, and door that did not close. I asked the reception to always give me the same room for the next visits. Internet connection impossible. Very good stopover meal, very good server reception, a receptionist who was not very helpful and busy who did not give us any help with the internet connection.

The price of the room changes every day (I stayed 6 nights) some nights are really too expensive: very small room, kettle and low-end instant coffee pods, very regrettable absence of refrigerator even very small. On the other hand a large very pleasant terrace with partial view on the ocean but south and west, perfect cleanliness and extreme kindness of all the staff who are very attentive. Note a welcome and useful fan. The location of the hotel is exceptional. I can not rate the cuisine because I only chose seafood but excellent.

Welcome, service, TOP quality catering

If the site is clear that the rooms do not overlook the sea, it is good to know that they overlook the parking lot. The problem is less the view than the noise as a result. Small room and no "cosy" space in the common areas. Not mean team but who have neither the sense of service nor that of hospitality. To recommend for one night if you leave early in the morning: swimming in the ocean with dinner and breakfast offering an extraordinary view. To avoid if it is a question of staying several days and nights.

Terrace of room #209 was dirty. Average breakfast, because little choice, no Breton specialty (crepe). When we arrived ahead of the availability of the room, we were offered fresh water in the living room, without asking. Very friendly and efficient table service, no fuss.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, the staff provides fast and efficient service. Very good bedding and always ultra clean room. The free parking at the foot of the hotel is a plus (even if people leaving the restaurant in the evening can be quite noisy and therefore disturbing for sleepers with the window being at the same level, perhaps an awareness poster or even a little note to customers when they pay could help). The rooms on the ground floor without curtains, or opaque or granite window in the bathroom are quite astonishing. As for the curtain in the room, if it covers half of the balcony window, that's saying a lot. Suffice to say that when you are alone in your room and the only way to get air safely, you live in complete darkness for 5 days. And I still had to leave the bathroom window closed since the shutter can be easily lifted from the outside. Unless I'm mistaken, I didn't see a system for blocking the device. I did not feel completely safe during my stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and delicious dinner on the the terrace at Les Mouettes. The location is fabulous. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and we look forward to returning in the future.

The only disappointment comes from the restaurant. Expensive for classic dishes. And very disappointed by my dessert (Rhubarb Delight) which had no taste. The sweet treats offered with the gourmet coffee are very good and locally inspired. Why not offer a plate without necessarily having coffee?

No proper lounge area. Bedrooms with sloping roofs impractical unless you are very short. Very heavy door to bathroom difficult to negotiate. In the shower cubicle door seal faulty result small flood in bathroom floor, also standpipe holding shower head is leaking.

Everything is put together for a magnificent stay in this hotel on a human scale, exceptionally well located by the sea. The team takes great care, the table is up to standard. The budget is of course high, but it is justified for a preserved location and quality service. I recommend.

Superb location.

Arriving at the reception to be told that no room available for two separate beds whereas there were rooms on booking. We made reservation on booking for a room with two single beds. Reception told us we must wait for maid to have two separate beds if we want to stay ! We said yes we want to stay. We asked the receptionist if she was interested to sell a room obviously not !

Very disappointing breakfast. 18 euros with undefrosted bread. No chocolate rolls from 8:45 a.m. 2 kinds of jam: strawberries or apricot!! No unsalted butter.

Clean hotel with great amenities but the price is really too high!!! 150 € for an evening stopover, I was expecting an even more high-end service!!! I have already used many other establishments with the same services but more around 120 euros!!! I know it's school holidays but we must not overdo it for those who work during these periods!!!

2 downsides: 1-The cleanliness of the dishes! At breakfast the handle of my cup was sticky and the first 3 small plates I took from the pile were really bad! 2- At the evening meal I was offered the stage menu (but without the "stage" price because I hadn't booked, of course!) but without presenting me the price! surprise at the bill! For the rest, very good despite the lousy weather! Nickel room, excellent meal and very good welcome!

Arrival in a very cold room with the obligation to keep your coat on to wait for the radiator to heat up. Room under slope not indicated which is annoying for a person of 1m95. In the morning woken up by the sounds of drills and construction. It's a shame because the hotel is very well located and very clean!

De manière générale, le personnel s'est montré courtois et disponible, et la qualité/présentation des plats au restaurant étaient d'un très bon niveau.
Notre chambre et salle de bain étaient propres, nous avons apprécié la bouilloire à dispo mais regretté le manque de place pour ranger nos affaires.
Il y a une amélioration possible quant à la vérification des dates de péremption sur certains produits du buffet petit-déjeuner, ainsi que dans la procédure d'accueil et de check-out, qui se fait derrière une vitre : absence de contact visuel, pas de dispense d'informations générales et obligation de se justifier que la réservation était déjà réglée. Mais nous reviendrons !

The very changeable weather at the seaside is an asset, you just need to find shelter when a squall arrives, which is what we had the chance to practice during this holiday weekend. Only drawback, the bedroom on the second floor is only accessible by stairs, not easy with my leg failing during this stay, but that was not planned, next time I will ask for a more accessible room. Just missing tissues in the rooms

A customer of Les Mouettes for many years, I reported that there was no hot water to take a shower that same evening and the next day. Response from reception, a technician must do what is necessary during the day without even a word of apology for the inconvenience. A little surprising though!!!!!!!!!!

Breakfasts at 17 € NUTS nothing to eat at 9 a.m.; no more scrambled eggs no more bacon, no more orange juice practically no more cheese rotten bananas fruits (peaches and plums) with gnats on them because they were rotten - complaint to the staff in the morning; answer: "normal we can't see everything" On the other hand, I asked to see the hotel manager, a very friendly and competent person, sorry for this incident, he offered us breakfast, thanks to him

Clean and well equipped room however we were not informed that the room was PMR the bathroom is very impractical flooding all our belongings at each shower no towel dryer for 2 nor apart too bad it made the stay less good. Hotel at the end of the road no places for cars in a number that are impractical with suitcases Magnificent view and very smiling restaurant staff less those at breakfast and a very long assortment when it is busy and if you are early you have to vacuum! Perfect hotel, wonderful location, only downside we had room 001 ground floor and the noise of the computer and telephone servers are very annoying at night!

Hotel directly on the beach. Very good meals but breakfast a bit expensive (17€). We could hope for a small hot crepe and more for this price. Good bedding but duvet too warm for summer. Very good restaurant but long service for the aperitif on the terrace (we preferred to wait with a drink in front of us 😉).

concerning the room it lacks a small fridge as well as one or more tissue boxes

On arrival: the receptionist goes to see if the room is ready: (it is 4:15 p.m.) away for about ten minutes.. phew she is available. We are informed that there is no room service for breakfast which is not indicated in the ad, so we will have to get up to go there .. Then impossible to adjust the TV, there has a telephone, but what number to call the reception???In fact all these indications are on a QR code fixed to the door of the room. ( well I imagine it) because as I don't have an iphone equipped to capture the information of the QR code... .. I find it "a pity" to remain correct that we don't think that everyone n is not at the forefront of all communication technologies and that there are not all the details on the hotel announcements...

The site of the hotel is very beautiful but the establishment is not up to it. This is not a fine dining restaurant except for the price. Our room was ok but housekeeping is very superficial. The staff is very pleasant and very attentive.

Magnificent location, warm welcome and top-of-the-range catering.

Fab location. Staff were great and very helpful. Food was amazing. Ate in the restaurant both nights it was so good. Overall a great choice for somewhere out of the way to relax for a couple of days. Only thing missing is a lift for those with disabilities.

The location of the hotel is exceptional, we knew it for having done the coastal walk, the hotel terrace and the breakfast room are pleasant because there is a direct view of the sea and the island of Groix, but sincerely the 12m2 rooms with a view of the car park are really "cheap" (but very good shower room) which justifies a downgrading of the note

No lift for luggage is not great. Room certainly equipped but small. Shower leaking to flood the room. No bottle of water offered while the hotel is isolated from everything, too bad. A varied and good breakfast but not always stocked. It is a very good hotel on the poster but a little less when you are there. But it's still very correct

We were so delighted with our stay in this establishment, that we have already rented for a new stay in June. Nothing to say about the staff, all equally charming and caring for each other. We particularly appreciated the humor of Jérome our server for our wedding meal, despite a somewhat long wait between the starters and the main course, for which he was not responsible.
