We showed up as indicated on the hotel's website at 4 p.m. The establishment was closed. We tried to contact the hotel 5 times by phone without success. At 4:35 p.m. a person arrived and opened the establishment. We reported ourselves and the person told us that the opening was at 4:30 p.m. We pointed out to him that it was indicated 4 p.m. on the websites and even on the display on the facade of the hotel. Without apologizing, the person told us that it was a mistake. When taking possession of the room we were very disappointed to discover very cold premises, a ridiculously narrow and cramped bathroom, a steeply sloping floor making us sleep with our heads lower than our lower limbs which is strongly discouraged and dangerous for our health, a tiny television. But that was not all, we made the mistake of having breakfast and our surprise was total to discover a meager breakfast offer with bitter coffee and water for tea with an unpleasant taste visibly not made with quality water.
