Very well-run family hotel, top-notch welcome and service. Excellent food. Free parking on site, electric charging station just a stone's throw away in the public car park opposite. The only downside is the decor, a bit old-fashioned and outdated, but it's fine for a short stopover!
Excellent welcome, very comfortable room, very good quality food and all this in a magnificent setting.
The reception is a little cold but it is the same one who welcomes at the hotel and who serves at the bar and he seems overwhelmed. He tells us that the parking is behind the hotel, that there is a door that opens onto this parking, gives us the keys to the rooms and shows us the elevator. We like the old Alsace decor of the room. The essentials are there. However, we would have appreciated a hot drinks kit. A large piece of paper on the desk provides the Wifi coordinates. The connection is protected by a password. The power outlets are sufficient as is the lighting. The shower room is missing a magnifying mirror. It is annoying because the large mirror is too far away in depth to see yourself well. The meal is very satisfactory as is the breakfast buffet.
As always and each time, very warm welcome. Good room, very clean. Only small problem is the parking lot is too small.

À fuir absolument ! Hôtel resté figé en 1940, avec une mentalité d’un autre temps.
Nous sommes arrivés à 23h avec ma compagne, pour être accueillis par un patron tellement alcoolisé qu'il était incapable d'articuler une phrase correcte. Ma femme a été prise pour une escort, et nous avons clairement eu l’impression de déranger cet hôtelier, qui facture pourtant 100 euros la nuit pour des chambres des années 90.
Le départ n'a pas été mieux ! Vous aurez affaire à une employée aussi vieille que l’hôtel, qui ne sait même pas se servir d’un ordinateur et qui est incapable de retrouver les paiements effectués via des plateformes comme Hôtel.com.
Bilan du séjour : nous avons payé trois nuits au lieu de deux, car ils sont incapables de suivre les paiements.
Cet hôtel aurait dû disparaître depuis longtemps ou, à défaut, fait tout pour décourager les clients. Fuyez ! Il y a bien mieux à trouver dans cette petite ville.
Se faire accueillir par un patron d’hôtel à 23h, à 2 g d’alcool, par bras, traitant quasiment ma femme d’escort girl. Aller dormir ailleurs.

No more space in the hotel parking lot when we arrived. No one at the hotel reception, no one came spontaneously to meet us. We had to report ourselves. Very friendly restaurant server. Quality of the dinner: very good, fast service despite the crowds. Quality of the room: generally good, but stained carpet, cupboard door not closing well, cracked shower tray. Value for money for breakfast a little high, mini croissants without much taste.
Good hotel and good catering, parking problem, the car park is constantly full so you have to park in the public car park on a street higher up and with luggage it is not at all practical.

We do not share the same notion of a comfortable room, being a three star we expected better, the bedding is not great, one of the pillows did not look like anything The welcome was rather average, the lady greets every other time or selectively, upon departure, following a connection problem with Logis de France the lady swore like a carter, we remained silent. Fortunately the two waiters in the restaurant are friendly.

We were a couple for 2 nights and we liked it. The room was large with a nice view of the town hall square. We ate well and the dishes were quite plentiful, a large choice for breakfast.
