The Logis Hotel Iribarnia is located in the town of Lantz, in Navarre, a region with a 150 km border with France across the Pyrenees. A small, quiet village of just 140 inhabitants, a thousand years old Read more since Roman times, surrounded by green meadows and immense forests, as well as the first peaks of the Pyrenees, in the middle of the route of the Pilgrim's Way to Santiago de Compostela from Bayonne to Pamplona. An exceptional enclave for hiking and mountaineering, discovering magnificent landscapes, Roman roads and bridges, megalithic monuments and a rural atmosphere. The hotel is a former sixteenth-century farmhouse, which traditionally had a stable for cattle on the ground floor, a family dwelling on the first floor and a hayloft on the second or ground floor. After a three-year restoration between 2006 and 2009, the ground floor houses the reception, the living areas with fireplace, reading corner, toilets, dining room for breakfast and dinner exclusively for guests, kitchen and storeroom.the first floor houses 4 large bedrooms with king-size beds, double baths, one of which has a jacuzzi and terrace, multi-purpose room for meetings or events, massage room and terrace. The first floor, attic level, houses the other 6 bedrooms, including the large "Carnaval" suite and the junior "Vieux charbonnier" suite, both with fireplaces, terraces and large baths or jacuzzis. Outside, there is a large garden of 1,000 m2 bordered by the river, with beautiful trees and shrubs that form beautiful corners that emanate peace and tranquillity where you can relax reading, chatting or simply letting time pass. The Hotel Iribarnia restaurant is reserved exclusively for our guests and, exceptionally, for pilgrims on the Pilgrim's Way to Santiago. We offer rich, natural breakfasts, with rustic bread, freshly baked pastries, freshly squeezed juice, fruit, homemade jams, cheese, ham, sausages, unlimited eggs, natural yoghurts, plant-based drinks, organic coffees or infusions. For dinner, a menu of healthy, signature or traditional dishes, lovingly prepared using quality local ingredients.
