Top from start to finish. A charming, discreet and professional couple. A very good meal and breakfast, a nice, pleasant and well-decorated room, a perfect shower room. Everything is very clean, maintained and neat (from the service to the presentation of the dishes). Don't be fooled by the old-fashioned charm (and that's a compliment!) of this hotel, you can go there with your eyes closed!

A very nice address as we would like to find more often. A good, beautiful table with REAL tablecloths, silverware, a delicious meal and breakfast (homemade raspberry jam to die for), spacious and comfortable rooms that are impeccably clean! We will come back without a doubt. Congratulations also to the cook who delighted us.

I found the hotel thanks to the Oyonnax tourist office (because not booking) and I don't regret it. The atmosphere of this hotel, the quality of the welcome, the rooms, the impeccable cleanliness and the picturesque site (on the edge of a river) meant that we spent a very pleasant night there. I recommend without reservation. The restaurant was also very good.
A warm welcome, high-level cuisine, a spacious and very pretty room, very comfortable bedding, a spacious and modern bathroom, with perfect cleanliness. All in a magnificent setting. Everything is very, very good in this Hotel.
A house with a long history and a soul, in the best sense of the word, lovingly run by the second generation. Beautiful, modernized rooms, very large bathroom, comfortable beds. Rooms at the back are quieter. We had a three-course meal in the restaurant. It was a dream. Tasty and to the point. The atmosphere was cozy, even with an aperitif in the bar. As long as there are still houses like this, you should definitely visit and appreciate them. We'd love to come back!

The owners are very human, it's rare these days
We have stayed here several times before and it is as good as I remembered! One thing I would comment upon regarding the room is that there is no heated towel rail, so using my bath towel in the morning, it was still wet from the shower I had the previous evening.
Additionally, the proprietor was not at all sure how to redeem my ETIK voucher and we spent a good ten minutes whilst he tried to make it work using his mobile 'phone when we checked out. He had already deducted the 15€ and now wished me to pay that. I was not prepared to do that having just spent 250€ in his establishment. I (not he) eventually determined thast he was confusing the voucher redemption code with my ETIK card membership number. I have been a member of Logis for years and have never had this problem before (apart from the last time I stayed at the Reygrobellet!). I was not prepared to walk away this time, as I would have lost the credit for the stay as well as not being able to redeem the voucher. Logis really needs to address this problem and provide some training to this proprietor!!!
