Mais même si l’hôtel était pratiquement vide, on nous a attribué une chambre du côté nord. Une mise à niveau (upgrade) a été refusée. De plus, l’évier était défectueux. Pire encore, le lendemain matin, la chambre nous a été à nouveau facturée sur la facture, bien que Booking.com ayons déjà débité le montant. Le monsieur de la réception a essayé de m’expliquer que seul mon compte de carte de crédit avait été testé avec et que je paierais ici sur place. Il m’a ensuite fallu près de 20 minutes pour expliquer les preuves (Booking.com par e-mail, relevé de mon compte bancaire). Il a dit qu’il devait contacter son patron (ce qu’il n’a pas fait, bien sûr), c’est-à-dire qu’il voulait nous arnaquer, une tentative d’escroquerie qu’il n’a heureusement pas réussie.
Mais nous avions en fait perdu l’appétit la veille. Le dîner (menu) était absolument immangeable, surtout la truite. Nous étions fatigués et ne nous sommes pas plaints et avons laissé la plupart de le diner et payé pour le dîner. C’est dommage, autrefois on pouvait compter sur la Logie de France, mais aujourd’hui on ne les appelle que Logis et au moins ce Logis n’a rien à voir avec une entreprise familiale. Quel dommage

Impeccable stay!
The room was small and the carpet was stained. The furnishings are older and a freshening would not have been out of place. The room had apparently been sprayed with an artificial fragrance. Since I am allergic, this was very difficult. Despite the open window, I had allergy symptoms. The passage from the reception/restaurant area to the stairwell to the rooms was separated by a sliding door that was very difficult to open. The manager/employee? sat 3 meters away at the reception and paid no attention to my efforts to push open the door. Embarrassing! The gourmet restaurant was well-maintained, but on a Friday evening, only two people were there with me. The chef was apparently bored and wanted to finish work as quickly as possible. Therefore, after the starter, I was served the main course very quickly. The filet de boeuf was nicely seared, but it lacked a short rest period, so the meat was not as tender as expected. The dishes were also poorly presented, and the side dishes didn't match the photos on the website at all. After clearing the table, the waiter immediately brought me the dessert menu and wanted to take my order. He only partially complied with my request for a reasonable break. He paced the restaurant restlessly, happy to finally be able to take my dessert order. And, whoosh, it was served immediately. A restaurant of this category creates certain expectations that were unfortunately not met. The breakfast buffet also didn't match the standards of a gourmet restaurant; some of the dishes were pre-packaged and of cheap quality (e.g., canned fruit salad).
Flawless :)
Impeccable! For a very reasonable price I had a nice room with good bedding and nickel pillows. The bathroom is recent and with very hot water :) The self-service breakfast is more than sufficient with a little bit of everything to eat and drink. The icing on the cake is that all the staff are smiling and friendly. Honestly, what more could you ask for! In any case, for me, by far the best value for money in the area.

Pleasant stopover on the way back from vacation (parking, quiet, restaurant on site...); possibility of going for a walk (after several hours of driving) in the center on foot and having a drink there. Friendliness of ALL the staff (reception, restaurant service, room cleaning service in the morning, ...). In hot weather, possibility of dining on the terrace by the pool.

Very well located hotel for the Mure train. A hotel that thinks of bikers with a shelter. Friendly staff and bravo to the kitchen brigade, we had a great time!

Impeccable hotel with very good value for money
Decent stay. Restaurant on site, very convenient. Room with slightly dated decor, like the rest of the hotel, but clean. Calm atmosphere, little noise. What about the shower room: shower screen incomplete so tiles submerged every time! Welcoming and smiling team at the hotel and restaurant.

Quite surprised by the room under the roof, we didn't expect to not be able to stand up everywhere. Ouch ouch ouch head which did not prevent us from having a very pleasant stay with a warm welcome. Our room was very clean, the bedding very comfortable and the bathroom modern and new with a very large shower which was much appreciated.

We were greeted warmly. Our room was on the 2nd floor (top floor), unfortunately without a lift, so all things had to be carried up in motorbike gear when it was 35 degrees. The room was large, but in the back with steep roof slopes, so that a head bang was a matter of time. In the room there was only a small hatch that could only be tilted, so it was warm in the room. There was no air conditioning. The bathroom was big enough and clean. We ate at the in-house restaurant where communication was a bit more difficult. Although we both had ordered fries as a side dish, we got a kind of potato gratin with beans. Since this also tasted quite good, we decided not to complain. We were allowed to park our motorbike under the covered motorbike parking lot. The hotel has a pool, but we didn't use it. Since we had a big stage ahead of us the following day, we skipped breakfast, so no rating. Conclusion overall: house and restaurant are okay, we would stay there again, but at most on the 1st floor plus balcony.

Lovely, helpful staff. Hotel is a little tired looking but appeared to be have a bit of a facelift which would be welcome. Room perfectly adequate and comfortable. Restaurant excellent with delicious food and very attentive and helpful staff. Hotel position is perfect to either walk into town or escape to the countryside.
If you decide to stay here I would suggest you either try to contact the hotel directly or go through Booking.com, as dealing with Logis itself is not an experience I would ever wish to repeat!
