A good value hotel for an overnight stay
Pour notre part de fut un belle experience. Nous recherchions de l'authenticité, du calme et nous ressourcer. Le personnel eu à notre arrivée et le lendemain pour le petit déjeuner était serviable et on tout fait pour que nous puissions passer un beau séjour. Merci à tous

We found ourselves facing the entrance and a closed establishment! We were not warned that we had to call to get the entry code. Then arriving in the room we were surprised it does not correspond to the photos: very small room and without wifi code we had to call back to get it. The price is exorbitant compared to the quality of the place. In addition it is very poorly soundproofed. We will not return
The entrance to the hotel is not at all friendly or pleasant. Arriving outside reception hours, we had to follow a route which passed around the back of the kitchens (with brooms and buckets) before seeing a small "rooms" sign on a door. No bathtub even though it was mentioned in the description. Lots of noise outside (garbage trucks and others at midnight and later, then very early in the morning) Breakfast very expensive for what it is: €11 (while in the room it is indicated at €9). If I had not specified (and proven) that I had already paid for the room, the person at breakfast was ready to make me pay for the room again, that was the instruction she had received!!!
Large room but terribly noisy between the traffic and the terrace. It was very hot, no fan or air conditioning and, if I opened the windows, even more noise and the smell of cigarettes. In short, a very bad night.
We were passing through and you want to be able to sleep peacefully, so I had deliberately chosen a small hotel in a small village. In retrospect, not a good choice. First of all, we couldn't check in until 6:30 PM, which I think was very late, and when we arrived, there was already a party going on in the restaurant. In the course of the evening there was music and karaoke and it was very noisy. We also slept above the electric doors that opened and closed all evening (with an annoying noise) because the party guests went outside to smoke and chat. We opened our window and all the smoke came in and we were kept awake by the loud chattering. I had to sleep with earplugs. I don't understand why a small family hotel would allow hotel guests to come on such an evening. The restaurant is closed on Saturdays and Sundays and I understand that, you can rent it for a party.

easy to find hotel close to Colmar, parking, catering on site and practical because there is nothing nearby, you have to go to Colmar, good products, well cooked, very friendly staff
The room was not heated when we arrived and we were very cold, the cleanliness of the bathroom was not great, the extra cushions placed on the sheets were not clean. The wifi didn't work, nor the television. Decent lunch but nothing more. The staff were however friendly, nothing to complain about.
No heating in the room upon arrival. The TV doesn't work. Otherwise overall ok for one night.

Unfortunately we couldn't stay overnight because the hotel was closed despite a confirmed booking.
The room/pillows/bathroom were very dirty, which I find unacceptable! The room also had an awful smell. Also, upon our departure, the lady at the reception asked us to pay the 2€ extra fee for the taxes, in a very rude way, before even saying good morning.

The VMC was not active in the room and I had to open the windows to ventilate the room.

A little away, in a small quiet village, a simple and efficient welcome. Excellent value for money
First night in a room without air conditioning (unbearable heat) and overlooking the extremely noisy street (incessant traffic with numerous motor vehicles operating at high DB); Lack of soundproofing (footsteps at 2 a.m. above). Difficult to fall asleep Second night, nighttime noise in front of the hotel at 3 a.m. for more than an hour by hotel guests: open car, loud music with amplifier, We had to sleep 2 hours before the waking up by the church bells at 6 a.m.! Dream stay!

Very easy welcome with the access code sent by email but finally we were welcomed by a very friendly gentleman. Room and bathroom simple but very good. Location at the top near Colmar and the wine route. I really recommend.
