Very good food, Marie Jeanne and Maurice always so charming
Great discovery in Molines en Queyras. Well located hotel in a truly magnificent place, downhill and cross-country skiing nearby, also ideal for snowshoeing and walks; the owners are very welcoming and available. The atmosphere is family and you feel good there. The icing on the cake, the food is very good. We had an excellent stay, too short, so we had to come back either at the end of winter or this summer to discover the region from another angle. François and Sylvie from Gap

Very warm welcome, impeccable room and delicious food. All with a magnificent view.
For a half-board stay I remember an excellent and copious evening meal.
This is a charming, warm, comfortable, friendly and well managed hotel. It is in a great setting and has stunning views of the mountains from its windows. Because of these amazing views the dining room with its sunny terrace is a lovely place to dine. The food is excellent. The Queyras area in which the Chamois is situated is beautiful and well worth a visit. We were sad to leave!

We had a very pleasant stay in a warm and authentic setting with an attentive and efficient welcoming team. The kitchen was appreciated even by children (6 and 9 years old)
Disappointed not to have been able to have a room with a view of the mountain (we had come to the mountains for 5 days!) the hotel was not full! The quality of the meals not always satisfactory (too much quantity) sick at the end of the stay (eggs not fresh)
