Pleasant hotel, quality meals.
The location of the hotel in this small village is ideal. In the center and next to the slopes, it's perfect. The welcome is undeniably an asset. The team is very attentive to make your stay pleasant.
Good hotel well located in the center of Grand Bornand.
Room really too small: 16m2 for 3. Too cramped, too hot, stifling. Jacuzzi, sauna and hammam very appreciated. Value for money overall nevertheless disappointing...

Very attentive and very professional staff, I highly recommend this hotel to enjoy the beautiful ski resorts and especially the hotel spa. The breakfasts and meals are excellent.
Overall we had a good stay, whether in terms of the location of the hotel, the room and the visits around the place as well as the products offered whether in the restaurant or at breakfast. We note however a small minus concerning the SPA/sauna/hammam area which is small compared to the crowds of the moment. Apart from that, thank you for the welcome. We will certainly come back.
The hotel is well located and has a very attractive outlook. The staff were generally attentive and helpful but the decor is starting to look tired in places.

We received a very warm welcome. The only downside was that there were no chocolate biscuits. But the breakfast was delicious.
The room booked online had a surface area of 17m2 but our room was no more than 12m2 including the bathroom. Big disappointment.
Very well located accommodation and good service, it's a shame that the reception from the manager is rather disappointing, cold and very directive. We are customers on vacation and relaxed unlike this gentleman who is certainly efficient in the management of the establishment, but still!!!

Overall the stay was pleasant, however there are things to improve. Like the wine list... the Vacqueyras at 35 euros a bottle for a 2021 vintage... it was meh. The food in the Hotel restaurant is very good but the floors need to be cleaned a little. We stayed 4 days and there is no variation on the breakfast offering in terms of savory items, pastries or even bread which is only white bread... It's a bit of a shame.

We were able to enjoy an upgraded room with a magnificent terrace overlooking the church square, too bad the rain was torrential.
Apart from the small size of the bedroom and attic bathroom, no complaints. Beautiful establishment and pleasant staff. The restaurant is also good.
We had a good stay at this hotel. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi after suffering the autumn rain :). A real moment of relaxation ! Ideally located in the heart of the village, we recommend.

Excellent location, decor is of a local nature. Servicing of rooms was excellent. Restaurant provided excellent service and wide choice of menus. We did not take breakfast at 17€ per person per day as we only eat a small bowl of cereal. There were a few issues that the hotel has no control over but if I had know about these issues I would have stayed elsewhere. The issue include a real issue of lack of car parking within 800 m of the hotel. We arrived after a long drive from Chinon and then had to spend a further one hour looking for a space. The hotel tried their best but they could do very little. Another major issue was a disco. Music band on two nights playing to 11pm. These issues probably only occur in the busiest times of the year
