We wanted to use our ETIK points for part of the payment, and even though the person at reception didn't know how it worked, she found the solution for us. The meal was very well prepared and the service very attentive. We really appreciated the kindness and delicacy of the gentleman with a little accent. He really takes great care of his customers. It's pleasant.

We were very well received both at the reception and at the restaurant. The chef came to explain her dishes to us. We tasted products and flavors that we had never seen before. It was delicious. The room was very large and the bedding was perfect.

We had a good night in this hotel. The welcome, the room and the breakfast were impeccable. The only negative point is the environment. We were surprised by the location of the hotel in the middle of a city. This is not what we expected when we saw the photos and the name of the hotel.

Our hosts were absolutely lovely, warm and welcoming. Dinner was exquisite. Rooms are clean, comfortable, well equipped and extremely quiet, which made for a wonderful resting sleep! Definitely the best address in town if you pass by Bourgoin-Jailleu.

Overnight stopover on the way south, the hotel accommodated my gluten and dairy free meal. The room was a good size, bright and with a large new bathroom.

We stayed one night, the hotel is very good, clean room etc, but the welcome was hasty, no explanations for accessing the room, no smile, and almost pissed off to leave the TV during the Olympics to come and give us the keys.

Spacious and clean room, very good quality catering, decent breakfast, friendly staff although a little cold (for some). On the other hand, I was rushed several times by the waiters wanting to clear my dishes during dinner even though I had not finished. Too bad and disappointing.

Located on the outskirts of a quiet working-class area, a large private fenced car park, the welcome is cordial. The room was clean and spacious as was the bathroom. The evening menu in the evening stopover was more than perfect, with the choice of meat or fish. It was perfect, congratulations to the chef. The service was just as professional and efficient, a real moment of happiness. The breakfast was plentiful, nothing was missing to start the day. Very good experience!

A beautiful classic hotel address in Bourgoin-Jallieu. Good welcome. The restaurant is gourmet and the chef is in love with her cuisine. Here we love rugby and during the World Cup seeing a match at the bar rather than in the room was nice. THANKS !!!

Reserved online 1 night (including 1 teenager) from SA 2 to DI 3 Sept. Human welcome + “tip-top” desk! Thank you to the Team for its high quality of service, attentiveness, availability and good humor… (…). Really nice exterior setting and site! Room = very good, functional, clean bathroom with WC + bathtub. Restaurant table (Sa evening therefore): great, we ate well (well), service just a little (too) long. And especially not able to take (optional) the breakfast on site (on Sunday morning therefore) because it was not prepared before 8:30 a.m. (and we had to leave at 7:50 a.m. = to know, to note). But a real address to recommend, knowing that we will return there very quickly and with the greatest pleasure. Very nice end of summer for the whole team and excellent business flow elsewhere… for the late season.

Nice, clean comfortable room that was good value for money. I ate in the restaurant which had a large outside area - the food was good but the menu choice was a bit limited. The wine list is extensive, but they do not offer wine by the glass or pichet, only bottles although there is a selection of half bottles. Breakfast didn't start until 8:30am and I had to leave at 7:30; I don't think that is excessively early, but there was no-one at reception and I had to unlock the door to let myself out! The staff were all friendly and welcoming.

Well located for an overnight stop on the way down to the Alps. We were able to park our motorbikes at the back of the hotel away from the road and main carpark so felt very secure. Very welcoming, comfortable room and excellent evening meal. Good but basic continental breakfast.

Although it was a Monday and we had been warned that the Restaurant was closed we felt there was a lack of preparation for our arrival.i expect that the whole visit would have been more successful if the kitchen
Hen had been open.The shower defeated us and we could not use it. Breakfast was adequate. The husband of the Manager did his best to help us carry our baggage up quite steep stairs ( I am medically not strong). My previous experience of the hotel of 18 months ago was much more enjoyable which is why we returned.

A terrace digne d'une fête, ambiance repossante et convivial. Planche fromage et charcuterie très appréciée, petit déjeuner "Continental" correct, un bon rapport quantity/prix, mettant l'accent sur des products. Chambre propre et salle de bain rénovée. Nous returns avec plaisir. Bonne continuation et succès à ces entrepreneurs et personnel qui donnent le meilleur d'eux memes.

The arrival at the hotel is not the most glamorous (surrounded by 4-5 storey buildings from the 60s-70s), but as soon as you enter the courtyard: parking space, beautiful stone building, very beautiful terrace ... We enter another dimension 🙂. Spacious room with very recent bedding, large bathroom. And what about the evening stopover menu: excellent indeed, I discover being at a Maître Restaurateur. Only small downside (you need it), the pastries are limited (1 mini croissant and 1 mini pain chocolat) but the rest is an all-you-can-eat buffet... Be careful, the toaster triggered the fire alarm 😆. So very good experience. Too bad, the hotel is already full for the following week... that says it all. Thank you for the welcome
