Good clean and functional hotel. Perfect breakfast. Soundproofing not excellent but acceptable. No carpet in the rooms which is really appreciable!

Hotel room ☆☆☆ spacious enough with independent bathroom and toilet isolated from the 2 spaces... 100 €! Meal taken on site in the evening, on the 20 € menu... perfect quality and quantity! Very varied breakfast as we like them... when traveling! That is 300 € for 3 people, I did not give them the 5th star for that... Mother-in-law immediately found... her place and comfort! Bravo for the team who manages this beautiful establishment with free parking in the city center!

Just disappointed not to have been able to enjoy the relaxation area, although reserved at the time of my reservation (in July). But the team was able to be responsive and offered us breakfast the next day to apologize. A good friendly team. The premises are very good (we were in the historic hotel not the annex). The restaurant room is very good and the meal too. The breakfast is also good in the form of a buffet. A good stay overall.

Kamer en ontvangst echt niks op aan te merken maar ontbijt is werkelijk beneden alle pijl. Bij aankomst in de ontbijt zaal waren er 6 mensen aanwezig waarvan 4 nog moesten ontbijten. er lag nog een half stokbrood en een mand met mini croissants. De kan koffie , inderdaad geen verse, was lauw en er was nog 1,5 tas in de thermosfles. Toen de mevrouw van de balie er op werd aangesproken bracht ze wel een tweetal kleine stokbroden en een volle kan koffie maar voor een 3 sterren hotel zou dit toch wel beter mogen zijn. Dit is zeker zijn 12 euro niet waard.
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The location, 2 steps from the city center and a wooded park is appreciable as is the air conditioning. The size of the room was perfect with plenty of room to turn around!

Very warm welcome, clean accommodation and decent breakfast. On the other hand, the room was disappointing: we were accommodated in a room on the ground floor, between the meeting room and the restaurant. The room was “comfortable” but that was not the feeling. The situation and configuration of the room gave an oppressive, even gloomy feeling. Given the price paid, it would have been nice to be accommodated on an upper floor or in the annex building.
No respect for reserved room, be careful there are also 140 beds...
A good hotel for a stay in Lons le saunier. Warm and attentive welcome. We stay regularly in this establishment, the quality of the welcome is very consistent.
Unluckily there was a fire in the boiler room at night so the hotel was evacuated twice at 4:45 a.m. then at 5:30 a.m. So the night was short but the owner offered overnight accommodation and breakfast to all the occupants. Otherwise the rooms are good and the breakfast not too bad.

Some confusion with new building on arrival and our limited French meant it was difficult to understand over the intercom. A member of staff came round and explained this was the wrong building!
The value for money is correct. Very clean room and bathroom. Note however that it is very noisy, certainly due to old windows. Disappointed by the restaurant which only offers 1 menu with few alternatives. Too bad because the products served are still of high quality.. Average quality and availability of the welcome.

We arrived late and had the impression of being disrupted when we were presented at reception. No indication of the floor of our room which was located at the park hotel opposite where we were parked. Apart from that, the room was very clean and pleasant.
Too bad, we should not have had the right room, street and ventilation noise. In addition to a smell of the pipes when we arrived, on the other hand, a very comfortable large bed.

We felt very comfortable there
Vi ankom til et lukket og mørkt hotel. Gennem en uforståelig intercom fik vi en besked opgjort efter kom værten og hentede os til hotellet hovedhus som lå på den anden side afvejen. Derfra var alt perfekt. Det anbefales at hænge et tydeligt skilt på flere sprog st man skal henvende sig i restauranten på modsatte side.

Late arrival after attending a religious service. We would have liked to have dinner, there were customers still dining. We couldn't eat and couldn't find anywhere else. A small snack could have been offered to us, even if it was just a sandwich. Furthermore, the shower gel tank in the bathroom was empty. The paint on the bathroom ceiling is falling apart. Breakfast: ok but a gentleman who came for lunch brazenly and copiously helped himself to pastries which he ended up taking away in a cardboard box.

When we reached the vicinity of the hotel using GPS, we arrived at a new building, clearly marked in large letters “Hôtel du Parc”. We parked the car in the parking lot next door. The house was locked and someone answered the phone after we rang the doorbell. It was difficult to hear him over the noise from the street. Then a lady came down the street and apologized for the inconvenience. She said the new building was not the hotel and we were not allowed to park the car in that parking lot. We should walk around the block and park the car across the street, right in front of the hotel. Besides, other hotel guests, besides us, also seemed to have the same problem. The same lady welcomed us and showed us the hotel in a very friendly manner. The formalities were completed quickly, the room was very pleasant, we reserved a table for dinner. The meal was exceptionally good, accompanied by a good bottle of wine.

A little surprised to find that the hotel is in 2 separate buildings. One more modern than the other with panoramic terrace and SPA, the other older but very well renovated. For a one night stay, this can be quite understandable. Very satisfied with the stay.

The hotel is a bit old, we had a room in the old part. The annex seems more comfortable and cozy. Too bad we weren't so lucky.
