We chose this hotel for its location, ideal for visiting Tours. The welcome was very warm and the advice was excellent. Parking was very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The entire staff is friendly and professional. We came on recommendation and would definitely recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time. We appreciate first of all the location and the good value for money. for a short stay. Very good reception. We had been informed by the hotel the day before our arrival of the cycle race which could cause traffic difficulties. A luggage storage service is offered. However, the hotel had made arrangements to prepare the room for us and ensure access to it from the end of the morning, knowing that we would arrive well before 4 p.m. Very clean. Good bedding. Very good breakfast, very complete and well presented.

A large group of runners had booked in for the Tours marathon. They made a lot of noise from 5:30 in the morning. The rooms are not sound proofed and so you can hear doors banging, footsteps on the creaking staircase, and people using the toilet. If we’d have been advised of this at the time of booking we’d have stayed elsewhere. We’ve stayed 3 or 4 times in the past but not again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My husband has walking disability and the ramp was immediately put in place for his disability scooter.
She discussed with us which of the available rooms would be most suitable for us and offered to serve us breakfast in the lobby (as the breakfast area is not accessible by lift.
Before we could encounter avproblem, she had smoothed our path!

Just one downside: the suffocating feeling of having entered a room sprayed excessively with cleaning products: I opened all the windows wide for 2 hours

El hotel está muy bien situado para hacer turismo, en el mismo centro de la ciudad, cerca de todo lo indispensable para visitar.
El trato del personal fue correcto y con atención 24h/24h aunque me hubiera gustado que cuando llegamos a las 23h y pregunté donde aparcar, me hubieran informado de que se podía aparcar gratis en una placita que hay al lado hasta las 9h del día siguiente, en vez de decirnos el parking 24h/24h de pago que hay casi a la misma distancia y que no es nada barato.
La cama cómoda y renía una pequeña nevera que nos vino muy bien para tener agua fresca.
Creo que tuvimos mala suete con la habitación que nos tocó, o al menos en Booking vimos fotos de habitaciones con mejor pinta. La nuestra tenía cortinilla en la ducha en vez de mampara y era bastante pequeña, la cama era de matrimonio (como pedimos) y uno de los lados estaba a tan solo un palmo de la pared, por lo que no podía entrar por el lateral para acostame.
El ventilador del techo hacía muchísimo ruido y no pudimos ponerle, sin embargo abrimos las 2 ventanas y pudimos dormir bien y sin ruidos.
La primera noche no nos limpiaron la habitación ni nos hicieron la cama.
Resumiendo, el hotel no está mal por su situación y las habitaciones son amplias y la cama cómoda (aunque nosotros tuvimos mala suerte con la nuestra) pero creo que se deben de mejorar algunos detalles para llegar a una puntuación de 8,1 que ponía en Booking cuando la reservé.
La realación calidad/precio considero que está bien (aunque yo me llevé un pequeño chasco con nuestra habitación ya que me esperaba algo.mejor por la puntuación del 8,1/10 de Boosking y por las fotos que había visto) ya que el estar en pleno centro los precios de los hoteles son bastante elevados y este no está mal.

The staff are friendly, the rooms clean, the bed comfy, it’s very well situated in a quiet back street and there is paid parking close by. Perfect for an overnight stay. It’s a bit old fashioned in terms of the decor but rit adds to the charm.

Bien dans l'ensemble, mais le matelas était catastrophique (on sentait les ressorts et il y avait des creux).
C'est dommage, j'avais choisi cette chambre pour son lit en 160 cm.
J'ai donc enlevé une étoile pour ce point Ô combien important.

Everything was perfect. Hotel on a human scale where it is very pleasant and comfortable to stay. One very small downside: no socket near the bed (at least in my room) to be able to recharge your phone during the night.

Excellent stay in this family hotel. The welcome was excellent. The interior is atypical, pleasant and very well decorated. The location was ideal because almost in the city center, a stone's throw from the most commercial street in Tours, Rue Nationale. The room was perfect in terms of cleanliness and facilities.

Perfect stay

An older, city centre hotel, which has been well maintained and is spotless. The parking consists of a small courtyard at the rear of the building, which would only accommodate two cars easily. Luckily we were on motorbikes. This hotel seems very popular with the French and cyclists of all nationalities.
Within easy walking distance of the old town, it is well situated for a city visit.

This hotel is ideally located, close to the station in a small, quiet street in the center. The welcome is warm and professional. The team is welcoming and attentive. Absolutely recommended hotel. We were a group of 14 people. Each was received and placed taking into account individual requests.

The room was clean but had an extremely unpleasant chemical smell. The bathtub shower head was not working properly, no pressure. The toilet flush also worked poorly. One of the coffee cups was cracked. Price of the triple room at 95 euros.. we expected better..

One star less because the breakfast was not complete enough for me (no fresh fruit, no brioche, etc.)

Onze ervaring met het hotel was heel goed. Kamer is ruim genoeg, prima voor 1 of 2 nachten! Badkamer had ook alles. Het was een beetje gehorig maar niet heel storend! Personeel was heel vriendelijk, vooral Nicolas die ons midden in de nacht ontving!

Hotel ideally located in the city center of Tours.

You are part of the Accueil Vélo program, but the only place for my bicycle was outside, there was no provision to repair, wash or service my bike.
This was disappointing considering the number of cyclists that were staying when I was there.

Very good value for money. Good location close to the train station, the historic center and central districts without suffering any inconveniences in the summer period. We occupied connecting rooms, admittedly not very large, on the ground floor overlooking the small courtyard but very well laid out with a private airlock, one of which has twin beds, so ideal for a family with two children. Good bedding with duvet. Beautifully made bathroom linen. Bathroom with bath and toilet for each bedroom. The faucets and the shower head in one of the bathrooms just need to be modernized a little bit. Very clean. Charming reception room with lots of documentation on the region. Very decent breakfast. Friendly and discreet staff.

Fantastic location on a quiet side street off Rue National in the center of the town with everything within a couple of minutes walk. Quiet enough to park the car up, unload luggage, remove the roof box, bike rack and store securely behind closed doors. Staff were always helpful and welcoming. It is reflected in the hotel stars but there is no air con so in warm nighttime temps, it can be a bit warm. Each room does come with a fan. The streets were quiet enough too if you wanted to leave the windows open. All ok though considering the price. Breakfast was simple but just right for the price. Shower and bathroom were clean and new. Bed very comfy.

Front desk receptionist was excellent and provided a lot of assistance where to park our car at either a reduced rate or free on street sites. Room was spacious and had a much needed fan for evening cooling. Location was quiet and well centered to city activities. The only weakness was the breakfast - low quality compared to most French hotels. Cheaper and much better if bought in the city.
