Lovely hotel, living up to the standards of Logis Hotels. We loved the location and the property. Our room smelt very slightly damp but that was probably due to the winter closures. Slightl concern over the lady looking after breakfast as nothing was topped up whilst we were there and we had to go and find someone to get more orange juice. Very minor but thoroughly enjoyable and definitely recommend
Everything is perfect, the bedding, the catering, the reception, the only downside, the room and the bathroom are very small. Impossible to work properly on a bed. Too bad

A lovely overnight stay in a charming setting. I felt very welcome, and in fact the receptionist rang me as I arrived in La Roche-Posay, to ensure that I could find the hotel easily. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, I enjoyed an hour in the garden and the swimming pool before a very good dinner. I would stay here again.

Everything was perfect ! We were very well received. The bedding was very good, the location of the hotel offered us a quiet environment and allowed us to leave the motorbikes in the parking lot with complete peace of mind.

We were looking for accommodation for our Sunday day at the SPA. I had reserved a studio. The studio did not at all correspond to the photo of the studio on Booking when booking. Much smaller, less functional. Hotel under construction. We weren't able to go outside because it was raining. Positive point: breakfast.
In a nice place with lovely garden and pool. We were put off by having to say whether we wanted breakfast for the next 2 days and when we said maybe thus seemed a problem even for a buffet breakfast. The room was quite pretty but was minute- not enough room for luggage.The owner was very nice at our departure time . Just a pity about the fuss about breakfast as it put us off dining in the hotel at all.

A pleasant, quiet and comfortable hotel, with an excellent restaurant and private parking. My main criticism is the total lack of half-bottles of wine suitable for solo travellers staying for one night only (like me). Wine was available by the glass, but only in expensive and tiny (10cl !) quantities.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée à l'hôtel et avons pu disposer de la chambre avant l'heure indiquée. Nous avons réservé le petit déjeuner en arrivant. il est dommage qu'un enfant de 10 ans paie le même prix que ses parents. D'autre part, nous avons trouvé que le rapport qualité et quantité prix n'était pas à la hauteur, vu le prix élevé du petit déjeuner. Pas assez de diversité des produits, peu de produits locaux. Plus de jus de pomme par ex. Pr le reste, la chambre était propre, spacieuse, les serviettes nombreuses.
the welcome was warm, however although I had a canceled train to return home I had to leave a night early. Unfortunately I did not receive a refund for that night, no commercial gesture, no small attention even though I had just spent 3 weeks in the establishment, and it was the end of the season so almost no customers. Yet it is with this kind of little attention, open heart and empathy that we come back.

When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised because we had been upgraded. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated and very comfortable with a long size bed. Very clean and quiet. The buffet breakfast was delicious with fresh, locally sourced produce. If I return to La Roche Posay this is the hotel I will definitely stay in, I hope I will be able to try the restaurant for lunch. The menu was tempting but too indulgent for us who eat very little in the evening.

Excellent stay for a spa treatment. Points for improvement: bins to be placed in an enclosed space due to the sometimes unpleasant odors at the entrance to the car park; access to the hotel to expand especially for delivery trucks.

We highly recommend this very warm address with its atypical decoration which gives it character

They checked us into a room with no electric when reported they never addressed the issue when we went out for dinner not able to wash in a lighted area the owner then wanted to move us she knew about the lack of electricity too late we left early next day unwashed and my wife had to put contact lens in by touch we had no payment was made
Very very pleasant hotel, tastefully mixing the old and the modern, large spaces for relaxation, sports, leisure, well maintained. A "divine" meal we were passing through and it was like our wedding anniversary meal!

Very warm welcome, very pretty and charming interior decoration of the hotel as a whole. Small but very cozy, quiet room. Very decent breakfast. The only problem is the very steep and narrow staircase to access it (it's part of the charm of the old). Very pleasant exterior.
