Our stay was perfect. The comfort, cleanliness, and services offered are worthy of a 3-star hotel: top-notch bedding, generous breakfasts with a wide selection of both sweet and savory dishes. The highlight of this establishment is the welcome, with helpful, and friendly staff. Try it and you'll love it.
Good breakfast, very nice staff. Room somehow basic but ok. Steam sauna needs to be upgraded.

Family-run hotel. Service & cleanliness impeccable, nothing was too much trouble. A little "tired" in some areas - bathroom in particular (slow hot water); catering at breakfast & evening, whilst adequate, could do with "uplifting". Excellent facilities for the skier.

The location was superb. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. We had a 6am pickup and they opened the breakfast room fo us to grab something before our departure.

What a lovely friendly hotel! The delightful Leah on reception ( apologies if misspelled) who answered our numerous questions and was always so smiley...to the barman who kept up supplied with delicious hot chocolate! The hotel has its own ski shop which I would recommend - the skis and boots were of good quality and the guys knew their stuff, ( my husband was particularly impressed with the older guy )and it saves walking into town to get your equipment. - plus you get a discount if you're staying at the hotel. We had breakfast included which was the same every day and with hot option of scrambled egg, streaky bacon and little sausages. There was also plenty of delicious baguette,toast, fruit and a few cereals . It may not have been the biggest selection but was plenty to keep you full until lunchtime!! Our only disappointment was the heating in our room ,which was intermittent and never seemed to be on when we were there! Consequently the staff gave us two extra duvets as we were cold at night..to be fair we called reception twice to ask for it to be rectified and they came immediately ,but unfortunately it still didn't work. Drag lift to nursery slopes is right outside and gondola and chairlifts very very close ,plus if you are a proficient skier ( which I'm not!) you can ski back into the village from the top. There are other ways of getting down by working your way on easier slopes ,or you can get the gondolas down. One thing I would say is the piste marking is very ambiguous - there is no way some of the pistes marked as blue ( easy) should have been so! Definitely a red all day long ! All in all a great place to stay!!
Warm hotel, very pleasant staff and attentive to its customers. Very well located, with a beautiful terrace for lunch in the sun… I recommend this establishment without excitement.
Very welcoming and very friendly staff, perhaps lacking a little organization (that's my professional side speaking)... Still a little effort to be made on certain dish suggestions. We feel at home. All at our disposal ski locker ski pass, a real comfort. Thank you and see you soon!
We had a very good stay, the hotel is very pleasant, the rooms are spacious, cozy and well equipped. The bedding is great. Small downside: the bath towels could be bigger and softer. The restaurant is very pleasant, the Italian-inspired cuisine is good. For us, the evening desserts were good but a little too heavy. Breakfast is very good, a large choice. We would have preferred less cooked scrambled eggs. The welcome is warm and smiling. The ski rental shop is very good, the equipment is great. The location of the hotel is perfect, in the center of the village and at the foot of the slopes. Small disappointment: our room did not have a view of the mountains. Despite everything, we really enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly staff, great food and service. Door step skiing and ski hire was a bonus.
Fabulous setting on the piste and a lovely, friendly hotel. Our room needed some redecoration and shower pressure wasn’t great but we had a lovely stay.
Considering the price of the room, I would have appreciated small gestures like a bottle of water or small candies in the room as a welcome offer. It is not very expensive but thoughtful.

Hotel very well located at the foot of the slopes, very comfortable rooms, helpful staff. Ski rental in the hotel, perfect. Just the evening meal, light in quantity and very high value for money.

Hotel at the foot of the slopes with a beautiful view. Close to the Jandri cable car and the center as well (5 minutes walk). Comfortable and clean room with good bedding. Wifi works perfectly. Very friendly reception and bar staff (including the mascot Luna ;) ) All-you-can-eat breakfast with a large selection of sweet and savory dishes before going to face the super devil.
