A very committed, very professional but also very warm and friendly team. Super satisfied. I am unable to find a fault or a problem. But you shouldn't always look for faults, you should be more happy with good shoes! (super kind to our two dogs, thank you)

We had a great stay, with the relaxing "Cloud" experience and the romantic moment in the "Wellness" SPA area. The rooms and common areas are tastefully decorated while respecting the authenticity of the place. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. The staff took great care of us from our arrival to our departure.

We received a very friendly and helpful welcome, even our cat had a cushion and bowls :-) The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom and toilet too, with a slightly old-fashioned decor however. The breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. In short, we will gladly return!

Beautiful hotel with character, great staff who pamper us. Breakfast with an incredible choice in front of a fireplace where the fire crackles. Location very close to the abbey and the city center, with a choice of restaurants. Excellent bedding. The only downside is the price of €15 for the mini dog.

The stay at the Greuze hotel is absolutely magical. The welcome begins as soon as you step out of your car and ends when you get back in. The staff is attentive: polite, helpful, attentive and good advice. The room is of unrivaled comfort. Breakfast has everything you need to gain the strength needed to face the chilly days of this month of February 2025. A magical experience lived at the hotel that I recommend to everyone.

Bedding, cleanliness, calm, everything was perfect. We really appreciated the small lounge and its fireplace to enjoy great cocktails or have a good and copious breakfast. Everything was as it shuld be, apart from the location of the writing desk in room 104: in a corner with no lighting and no socket for charging PCs or other devices.

Having come in low season (end of January) the quality-price ratio is all the better

Great place to stay over on way back from the Alps, hotel and local restaurants great but nothing else to do beyond visiting the Abbey. My wife and our Dog were made to feel very welcomed by the hotel.

Warm and comfortable

We took the room with a view of the Abbey, with the breakfast option (chic and plentiful). The room is ultra comfortable (large comfortable bed) with a typical decoration that makes the place authentic and magical. Guaranteed time travel. Warm and modern bathroom with bathtub. We tested the private SPA twice and 30 minutes of relaxation via the Nuage device. Functional and quality device, the private and subdued experience increases satisfaction and relaxation to a whole other dimension. We requested Room Service for the evening aperitif (fast and quality service). We also ate 2 dinners in the warm and intimate main room. The staff is friendly, attentive and caring. On site activities are offered on request. Shops and city center nearby! We recommend the Wine tasting at the Vignerons de Mancey which adds a cultural and taste touch to the discovery of Burgundy. Excellent experience! To discover and relive without moderation!

It was a great little hotel with very friendly staff. Our dogs were given a very warm welcome. The bistro next door was very good and the service here was also exemplary. The accommodation made us want to visit the city again.

The service is unbeatable, the breakfast spectacular, the room fabulous, it is one of the few hotels we have been to where when you shower the water does not come out of the bathtub and that is something I greatly appreciate. Mooi monumentaal hotel, vriendelijk personeel, op vezoek een mooiere kamer (nr 300) gekregen met aparte douche (niet in het bad) met kleine toeslag. Ontbijt prima. Helaas was het eigen restaurant gesloten maar de receptie heeft een tafel voor ons gereserveerd in het naburige restaurant L’Ecrin (1 Michelin ster). Prima geregeld en lekker eten.

This is a charming and atmospheric hotel in a delightful town. The staff are super helpful. The room was comfortable amd very clean. Happy to recommend. My only improvement comments are that minor damages to rhings like tiles/toilet seat should be rectified rather than left.

We were delighted with our stay. As regulars at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the new touches brought by the new owner who has managed to keep the "authentic France" soul, while restoring the rooms and corridors and giving a new touch to the Spa. Special mention to the excellent breakfasts taken in a more convivial and airy place.

I love this hotel! It is very comfortable and welcoming and having breakfast on the terrace with the abbey church just a few meters away was a memorable experience. I did not eat at the Michelin starred restaurant this time but have eaten there before and would highly recommend it. The hotel was helpful in providing me with suggestions of where I could have a simpler meal. The staff were extremely friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel de Greuze. Our room was very comfortable and recently refurbished with a lovely view of the Abbey at the rear of the property. The food at breakfast, and in the hotel's nearby restaurant, was very good. However, the factor that made our stay particularly enjoyable was the friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Beautiful hotel, very convenient off the highway while being close to the beautiful Saint Philibert Abbey. Small room and bathroom a little dated but quality bedding. There are larger rooms, advertised at reception at the price of the one we paid on booking… so average value for money.

We have stayed here before & we very much like the hotel. It is dog friendly, which is very important for us! A great stopover on our way further south!

Booked a more expensive "Upper" room with high expectations, don't get me wrong the hotel was plush but we expected better. Room was comfortable but expected it to be larger with more wardrobe capacity and the A/C heating didn't react to any changes we made to the temp. The bathroom/WC was cramped with a dripping basin tap and the tea bags weren't replenished on day 2! The breakfast was excellent but rather expensive none the less.

We have stayed here many times and as usual it was very comfortable and the service was excellent

A lovely stay while travelling north to Calais. Charming staff and a delicious breakfast. Tournus is also a pretty small town.

It is always nice to see how pleasant the service and the quality of personal care makes the difference of a small family managed hotel in comparison to the big international brands. I appreciate that the doorman remembers my name and I love the serviced breakfast at the Greuze.

Vast tapijt in de kamer, waar ik minder van hou. Minder praktische badkamer. (bad, klein). Toiletartikelen aanwezig. Kraaknet. Rustig. Bewaakte parking voor de deur. Zeer vriendelijke dame tijdens het uitchecken. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt.
