Lovely motel with pool and jacuzzi near the beach. With a pleasant welcome. To improve room 28, the bathroom joints should be reviewed. It also lacks a large mirror to see yourself in full.

Overall extremely nice staff not very flexible rules are rules but hey you have to have some. The bed was clean the carpet too, however the bathroom had a lot of mold and the sink top was damaged.

We go there regularly when passing through Montpellier. We always like it. Well located, clean, functional with a trendy decorative touch, the motel style with the swimming pool is really reminiscent of motels in the US!

Grandma with 3 small children, we occupied a family suite, very clean and comfortable beds, next to the swimming pool. The reception is very pleasant and helpful. Self-service breakfast, sweet and savory, very good too. Small extra but practical parking lot. Very calm . Near the sea and the center. It was the second time I came and I will happily come back. We have been customers at this hotel for many years. The welcome and services are perfect, the owners are very friendly and always attentive. We particularly appreciated the new fittings in the rooms and in particular the renovation of the bathrooms, a very popular walk-in shower. The rooms are equipped with a small fridge, very practical in summer, as well as a Nespresso coffee maker. The breakfast is plentiful, excellent value for money.

the annex is always a haven of peace but these unfortunately legal security separations spoil the panorama when you sit on the chairs near the rooms!!

We were not disappointed with our second stay at the hotel. It's quiet, the staff are welcoming and the hostesses are charming. A stone's throw from the center and the beaches, the location is ideal. The parking is a plus considering the number of parking spaces in Palavas! Perhaps a small downside for the number of deckchairs at the pool, but it also limits the number of users simultaneously! and a reproach to customers who return with their slippers full of sand, and forget to shower and footbath... But the hotel is in no way responsible for that!

Every year for more than 30 years, we have come to this motel where a warm welcome awaits us. Very comfortable room with a pleasant outdoor area (swimming pool), shaded and flowery, 200 m from the beach.

Hotel super well located 450 m from the beach and the center, impeccably clean with very good bedding and very welcoming staff. The price is a bit high for a single room.

I have been traveling for 40 years working in export and I have therefore visited many hotels but rarely have I been so surprised by this perfectionist side shown by the Hotel America which I believe is a model of its kind, both in terms of value for money , as for cleanliness, tranquility and organization, I can only think of returning there even if I have tried other hotels in Palavas, including: the "Plage Palace" with my wife. however, despite the luxury of the latter (where I found faults that did not exist at the Hotel America, ) we concluded that we prefer this intimate and friendly side of the Hotel America.
