Booking conditions : In order to guarantee your reservation, we ask you to provide us with your credit card number or to pay a deposit directly to the hotel. It is kindly requested that you plan to arrive at the hotel before 17:00 and to inform the hotel owner in case of late arrival.
- For reservations subject to a deposit, please note that the reservation is subject to receipt of the deposit within the specified time. Payment is to be made in full on site by the client to the hotelier.
Cancellation conditions : In the case of a credit card guarantee, the cancellation period without charge is up to 7 days before the arrival date. For cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival and up to 48 hours before, 30% of the total amount of the stay will be charged. From 24 hours before arrival, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged! - In case of a deposit guarantee, the deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. - In case of no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged. The cancellation of a reservation is effective upon receipt of an e-mail from us confirming the cancellation.
